The breakfasts were wonderful, we loved the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and you had the cereal we use regularly when home in Canada and to have cappuccino was great. The staff were always cheerful and helpful especially Roy and faith.

I've stayed at La Fregate a number of years ago and it only gets better. Excellent location and beautiful views over St Peter Port harbour. Comfortable rooms and excellent beds. The chef is outstanding and I enjoyed the best hot breakfast I recall having in a hotel. The restaurant for dinner is superb with a great seasonal menu.
