I am not sure if the amazing view from the terraces or hospitality of the hosts make this place so amazing. But i thing it will be Stefano and his wife. And Stefano and his breakfast is an amazing experience by itself.

The hosts of this rental, Mel and Luca, could not have been nicer. They met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment, concerned that these 2 senior travelers might have difficulties getting their luggage up the hill. Very thoughtful and considerate, they explained the apartment workings in detail, and were quick to respond to our few questions by text during our stay. (We walked down the hill to the train station with luggage no problem, very easy).This apartment was ideally located to spend time in Borgio, and explore the surrounding area. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the amazing beaches, the town, train station, restaurants and shops were all within walking distances. The apartment was very clean, and the layout used the space well. Though smallish, it felt much larger because of the 3 large French doors to the spacious terrace, which opened up to a beautiful view of the town and the water, and made the apartment super bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable, and the large bedroom had a nice wardrobe with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, and we easily made several meals during our 8 day stay. We are already planning on returning. This apartment with it’s great terrace made our stay in Borgio extra special. Thanks 🙏
