Amazing location.Sea view even from the bathroom! During low season is the perfect place to be. Few steps from the beach, literally. In high season noise might be an issue if you want to rest at night, as people walk up and down the promenade and there's no air con so window open would be a must.

Close to the main attractions: harbor (5-7 minutes by foot), beach (3-4 minutes by foot) and the city center with the pedestrian street where there are restaurants and shops (4-5 minutes by foot). Don't miss for lunch or for dinner Osteria da Vittorio, located in the city center, where most of the clients are the locals (it's always full outside and inside and the food is great). The hotel is also close to the train station (4-5 minutes by foot), which is perfect for the ones who want to explore Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, Camogli, Rapallo or Portofino. Our room, which was a triple room, was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is exemplary throughout the hotel, and the staff very kind. Breakfast, for the ones who visited Italy before, is typical Italian: lighter, yet sweeter (croissants, cookies, jams, honey), with some other options also, like cheese, ham, salami, omelette and fruits (apples and oranges).

This was really a next level experience: * A beautiful designed, clean and spacious room, with a bed with a very good mattress. * Friendly and welcoming staff. * All the facilities you need. * On a very central location in Chiavari, close to the train station and city centre.

Perfect location (you cross the street and you’re on the beach), super nice host and cleaner, lovingly decorated, powerful aircon. Chiavari is a very interesting town - make sure to visit the historic part, too. You can borrow sunbeds and umbrellas, a very nice touch! Very clean, lots of little nice touches.

Comfortable clean room in a central location with easy access to Chiavari. Must say brilliant shower in a great spacious bathroom. You can find many places to eat on Via Entella and nearby, takeaways too. A great location to explore Chiabari. 10-minute walk from the railway station, which gives you access to Cinqueterre and resorts like Rapallo & Portofino.

A beautifully appointed room, spacious bathroom and balcony. Appreciated air-conditioning during the hot spell. Excellent breakfast each morning served by our very kind hostess, more than we could eat.

Everything - a very special place to holiday. As there are only 4 rooms to rent, you may find there are times when you’ve got the place & the pool to yourselves. A big bonus is having the garden & pool to relax

Everything was absolutely great! The location is absolutely perfect! The surroundings are stunning, the equipment is top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. Not to mention the incredible hospitality of Giorgia and Davide.

This hotel is located so close to a wonderful calm little beach and a cute little city center with wonderful shops and restaurants. The beach service is reasonably priced and the view from the rooftop terrace is great. Loved the rooms and the breakfast is phenomenal.
