The entire staff from reception, breakfast restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptional. They were all very helpful, happy and willing to make our stay the best it could be. Thank you so much!!

Very clean and comfortable room with ensuite shower and toilet. Very close to town centre. Good secure private parking a couple of blocks away. Very good breakfast with pistachio and vanilla croissants, onion focaccia and lots of other food and cake, good tea and coffee.

Breakfast was amazing and had an amazing variety

The apartment is big and spacious. It is also in a safe area which is a bonus. It is close to shops and restaurant, and across the road is a large parking area where you can park your car for free.

Booked this place last minute, and Eni (the host) was incredibly accommodating with my check-in time. She gave great local recommendations, and the apartment was spotless throughout my three-day stay. Plus, it’s less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the room’s A/C was a lifesaver!

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations, the owners are very kind hearted and the breakfast was great and abundant as well! Greatly recommended, definitely will return to the place!

The location is excellent, just in front of the Chiavari train station. If you want to use Chiavari as a hub to discover Cinque Terre or the Golfo del Tigullio area, this is the place you must stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would happily recommend it. Everything was excellent — the apartment was very comfortable, clean, practical, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment with very kind host

Great location, clean comfortable and spacious room, decent value for money

The house was very nice and confortable

This was a true gem we found in Chiavari! A very beautiful apartment. Everything was impeccable! The apartment, the location and the service! Michele was very helpful! You can see that the administration pays attention to every detail. So far, our best experience in Italy!

The room was spacious and clean, it had all the facilities, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and a large front yard that overlooked the sea. The host was very nice, we received a hair dryer upon request, and even gave us a ride to the train station when we left. The supermarket was at a 10 minute walk.

The place and the view is amazing. The host is like your old friend. We really fell in love with this place!

Beautiful nature, perfect for a family

This location is a perfect home base if you want to visit Chiavari, Portofino and Cinque Terre. We felt right at home and having a kitchen and washer to do laundry was great. The terrace has an incredible view and it's so peaceful and quiet you will be able to unwind and enjoy your holiday. If you want to go out, Chiavari is only like a 7 min drive and it's the most charming town ever. Would definitely come back!
