Very good location and friendly staff

The apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the beach and city centre.

Perfect view of see from the balcony, private parking, swimming pool and shuttle bus to city every hour. Overall it was a great stay. Love to stay again.

Fossa Lupara was an inexpensive, clean and relaxing option near a nice beach town. The bungalows seem to be new, and the area around them is nicely planted with flowers, shrubs, etc. They are also very near the pizzeria, which was very good and reasonably priced. The service was very good there, too.

The place and the view is amazing. The host is like your old friend. We really fell in love with this place!

Good location, big and clean apartment

A very comfortable pleasant immaculate appartment. Lots of light with nice curtains and good heating. Good kitchen, bathroom with waterfall shower, nice bedroom. Very clean and well taken care of. A truly inviting place to be. Excellent location a few minutes walk from railway station and beach promenade. Friendly cleaning lady.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts had even prepared a detailed guidebook for guests, which contained lots of useful information and recommendations to help make the most of our visit. The only small thing to keep in mind is parking. If you want to park very close to the apartment, you may need to drive around a few times before finding a suitable spot. However, there are large parking areas within about a 10-minute walk, where it is much easier to find parking. As a bonus, a pleasant 10-minute walk through beautiful streets will take you to a lovely beach, making the location even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

Location was good with a cute street view where we could see an Italian fruit shop (fruttivendolo) in the mornings! The bed was really comfortable, clean and fresh :D

Exceptional We had a splendid stay in Chiavari! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Everything inside was new and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent as well—close to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The area was pleasant and convenient for exploring the town. Great hospitality from the owner as well. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 😊

The owner of the Apartment it's so sweet. You find everything at the place. Including bootles of water. pencils for the Kids so they can color. They location ist perfect so Close ti everything. O normallly Star in Portofino or Santa Margherita, even Rapallo. But this place for THe prize an Quality.. really it's increible. Also the owner. Was so gentle to call the pizza when we were hungry. Really If You are looking for a place to Stay Take THis. It has a sofá bed. Ando extra bed for Kids. But dont booked IT for xmas! Because it's mine! La anfitriona es lo maximo. Se los recomiendo. De verdad

So close to the beach, and the centre of town, it had a lift, great WiFi, Netflix you can log into on tv, washing machine, amazing air conditioning, and you were met at the apartment rather than give a code for a key.

In the old city near all the good restaurants.clean ,equipped with all that you need.the owner-very nice lady.
