I loved the room, it is very big and spacious, has everything that is needed

The beach and pool are lovely , the staff are helpful and nice , the breakfast is tasty , the dinner in the restaurant beside the sea is fantastic and finally the place is quite and clean. There is a train station not far from the hotel and we used it to visit Rome , you can reach it by bus or taxi.

Very nice style and view. Original bathroom with glass wall from which you can see the sea. Friendly staff.

Very modern and well kept. Incredible shower, adjustable lighting and fast and effective air conditioner. Communication was amazing also!

It has a family atmosphere. The real Mediterranean apartment. Well-equipped. Quiet climate. Comfortable beds. Wardrobe with sliding doors. The host is a very nice lady who also prepared breakfast for us. The beach is 400 meters away. It's easy to approach. Restaurants nearby. It was a pleasure to be there!

Lovely easy to find secure spot

A hotel with history is being brought back to life here. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen and an additional sofa bed. It was very clean and tastefully furnished. The location near the beach was excellent — everything was within walking distance. Yet, it was still very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area was beautiful and also greatly enjoyed by our dog Lea, who had plenty of space to run around. Veronica and Monica are such warm-hearted people. They always did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible and were full of helpful tips. They are very attentive and leave nothing to be desired. We would love to come back.

Very cozy and comforable apartment, there is anything you need and five more ways to make a coffee. The apartmen located next to the sea, supermarket and cafes. Also there is a tabaccheria on the next street and very good enoteria. Alessandro is an amazing host — very helpful, adorable and clever, it was realy nice chatting with him. Finally your trip feels like you’re visiting and old friend, not a room from booking.com

The location was perfect! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Teresa and Michelangelo helped us a lot , they told us places to visit, how to move there , they have bikes for adults and also helped us to find a bike for my daughter. I cannot be happier!

The property was so clean and just simply ready for us. It was like piece of heaven here close to the airport. I couldn't even imagine better owners. They didn't mind our delayed arrival, they took us to the closest supermarket so we could get everything necessary for our stay and they will be driving us to the aiport. They live close by so anything that you need can be solved and done within seconds. We highly reccomend this place for your Rome visiting.

Perfect accommodation for long weekend and vacation. It´s not just an house, but wonderful architecture from shining old times. A lot of space and privacy for 5 people. Enjoyable pool and beautiful garden. Good location – best beach area, restaurants (recommend Controvento), grocery store also not far. And of course - greetings to the best host Daniele!
