The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. He was very friendly and even came to pick us up from the airport after midnight. The next day, he also drove us to the city center. The breakfast was lovely, and the rest of the staff were very polite and welcoming. I would recommend to everyone stay here.

We booked because it was close to the airport and we had a short overnight stopover. The host was extremely helpful and very understanding since we don't speak very much Italian and were very jet-lagged. Other things we liked: 5 minutes taxi ride to airport, clean, compact and comfortable. Though not in a shopping or restaurant precinct, we enjoyed the short walk to Fiumicino centre to find dining options. The location is quiet.

Since it was our first visit to Fiumicino and we only needed to stay for one night, we wanted to choose accommodation that was modern, comfortable, and clean. Only when we arrived did we realize that we couldn’t have made a better choice than this. From the moment we walked in, all our senses were delighted: it smelled clean and pleasantly perfumed, and everything was extremely clean, modern, and well maintained. Every entrance is digital, we considered it a real blessing have no keys. The room was spacious, modern, and bright, with a huge and very comfortable bed. We had coffee, ginseng, still water, and sparkling water in the room. But the real surprise was a bottle of champagne and the best biscuits in the area. Since it was New Year’s Eve, we were welcomed like royalty by the host, whom we thank very much in this way. It truly put a smile on our faces. Breakfast is served at a venue very close by, and I can say that we ate the fluffiest, most delicious, and wonderful pastries there. We started our day with a full and happy stomach! The host was very kind and friendly, and we felt great throughout our stay. We warmly recommend this location!

It's great that it's close to the sea and both the pool and the room are always clean! Kind and welcoming service staff. Even if you don't understand Italian, the communication is always kind and you can understand everything from half a word 🤗

Good location: feels like a safe neighbourhood, close to the airport (15 min drive without traffic). Just a short walk to the centre with plenty of restaurants, walking distance to the sea, park etc. Nice coffee shop just in the front of the apparent. Even a fitness centre in the area. There is a free parking space in the area (streets) just a few minutes walk, very close to the train station (€1,5 and working 25 min you are in the centre of Rome ). Apartment is nicely designed, there is everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed , space desk for work if needed, big mirror and plenty of wardrobes etc. Kitchen has some supplies, a mokka a d even coffee/tea/sugar etc. and there is a nice terrace where you can seat outside. My dog could stay with me free of charge. Check in was very smooth (could check in on my own, also 1 hour before check in time). Good contact with friendly host through WhatsApp. I’m very satisfied, recommend a d will book attain fi in the area next time. Definitely better solution for me that centre of Rome (but that’s personal choice I guess).
