Hotels That Guests Love in Ko Samed
  • Very good breakfast and located on the beach. Bedroom is spacious

  • Big room. Very clean, no bugs at all. Friendly staff. Pretty quiet after 10:30pm. Fridge. 2 water bottles. Missing towel was provided upon asking. Cost to the main beach but then again, everything is close to the beach since the island isn't big 😊

  • The hotel has beautiful gardens and fantastic breakfast and is right next to the beach for the price I don’t think you could get better

  • Everything was perfect. Nice beach was at walking distance (100m), staff was friendly and rooms were clean, cozy and modern. The whole house does not really fit in the surrounding (looks and feels like a real old english cottage). We would book it again and again!

  • 1. Staff is very friendly and very good care to service customer 2. Location is nice and near the beach 3. Room is very lovely and price is reasonable 4. Breakfast is very very good

Mermaid Statue
Wandering along Hat Sai Kaew beach, you may be surprised to find a mermaid being serenaded by a pipe-playing prince. The main characters from the 19th-century epic poem, 'Phra Aphai Mani', it’s said that the mermaid saved the prince from drowning and brought him to Ko Samed. You can spot a giantess from the same saga, threatening the pier at Na Dan.

Soft, white sandy beaches; warm turquoise waters; lovely sunshine; waves big enough to splash in but small enough not to be a danger; water sports activities available through resorts; massages---think holiday postcard and this place pretty much nails it.
Easy to find a good beach with clean water. Where we stayed the beach was excellent at the Grand View Hideaway
