Awesome location, super clean house, rooftop view was amazing. Very clean and comfortable beds. Had some amenities for the overnight stay. The host had beach towels made available to us. Kitchen had some minimums on food eg. Coffee. Very clean kitchen. Had washing machine and dryer. Host was super friendly and gave accurate instructions.

Adjacent to the Huntington Beach Pier, Paséa Hotel & Spa features a spa center and watersports facilities. The resort has an outdoor pool and sun terrace. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

Location is great! Having a restaurant in the hotel was great too 'cause we arrived hungry! Walking distance to fun shops. And just a short walk down the block & across the crosswalk to the pier. And down the steps to the beautiful sandy beach which is why we choose this particular hotel! We even grabbed boogie boards from the hotel to go body boarding. Friendly staff are helpful & attentive. It's an active, delightful, classy hotel with a super chill vibe~ Other folks reviews say they didn't like the noise from the cars on the street. Our room faced the street and we didn't mind the hustle bustle of the strip. We just closed our balcony door at night and the room was quiet enough that the car noises didn't bother us; and we even stayed during a busy airshow weekend. We went to bed early and had a sound sleep.

I really liked the efficiency-style apartment space! A laminated sheet was provided to explain some of the amenities and local attractions available. I had no trouble getting in or out and came and went as I pleased. Toiletries & linens were readily available and everything was clean. I loved that there was a beach and beach bar located right across the street, and the shopping district and access to the bus line were in short walking distance.
