The staff was phenomenal The food was phenomenal The room was phenomenal I especially liked that they had Tabasco to go with my eggs in the morning I can't eat eggs without Tabasco so it made this an amazing breakfast

The staff were super nice and friendly. There was one night we arrived late and asked for place to eat. The staff said it was difficult to find a place especially in such rain. After that he just shared with us some of "bánh nậm" and boiled eggs. It was heart-warming for me. We were really appreciated!

This hotel is rated as 4 star, but standards have slipped considerably. Our rooms were large and comfortable, but the furniture and fittings need renewal and repair. The river view is excellent and the city view is very good. Daily room service was very good. The pool is large and well maintained. We appreciated the flexibility of a 1 pm check-out.

Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. Thankyou.
