When it comes to my stay at Villa Elezi I don't even know where to start....from the second I arrived I was absolutely swept away with this beautiful husband and wife's hospitality and genuine kindness. They will sit you down, get you anything you need whether it be something to drink, or some delicious fresh fruit from their garden! Even though I only intended on staying here to rest inbetween my travels, I ended up spending the whole afternoon talking with them. Even though we had to use a translator, that didn't make any difference to us being able to get to know each other and learn about each other's lives and cultures. In terms of the accommodation itself, I can't sing enough praise!! The bedroom and bathroom were as clean as can be! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and Lume (the wife) washes everything very thoroughly, this also means that everything smells beautiful! After a big day of walking, walking into this room was absolute heaven. The location is also fantastic, your a short 5-10min walk to the beach front and main strip of shops. The area where the accommodation is is really lovely, because it's far enough away from the main strip that it's very peaceful and quiet, but you can still walk to everything relatively quickly! I cannot thank this family enough for giving me one of the highlights of my entire trip! I will always cherish the memories I spent with them dearly, which is something I didn't expect from staying at a guest house. Albanian hospitality is truly something special!
