This 4-star hotel is in Southwold town centre, 200 metres from the beach. It offers free parking, two restaurants, a butler service and free WiFi throughout. Dinner and drinks at the Tap room was outstanding, and 5-stars to Assistant General Manager Will Foster, an amazing host.

The full English breakfast was amazing homemade honey and marmalade are fantastic. Enough coffee to kick start my day. I didn’t get there till after 6pm but lots of great info about places to eat locally. I went to the fox inn on the recommendation of the owners and it didn’t disappoint very good food and only a mile or so down the road.

Light and airy bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed. The owner Paul made us feel very welcome right from the moment we met him and cooked an exceptional breakfast for us the following morning, we also had fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, juice and coffee. Could not fault a single thing and would stay again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend. Thank you Paul for a lovely stay.
