We would rate both accommodation and host with 12 out of 10, and we are the frequent travelers. Our host was helpful with everything, welcoming us with a help around the luggage, giving us good proposals where to go, what to visit, even where to park a car for free. There were some misunderstanding with the reservation via booking but the staff find excellent solutions for all issues being super nice. I strongly recommend this place.

The Hotel Ristorante Villa Crespi is set in an impressive 19th-century building surrounded by private gardens which lead to a beautiful lake. Remarkable historical palazzo, member of Relais & Châteaux. The service here is outstanding — staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Everything is perfectly taken care of, and breakfast is just amazing. Orta is a lovely place to explore while discovering the lake region.

We hade a fantastic stay at the Palazzo. A perfect location near the lake. The apparent has recently been renovated, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Even a canoe (and bikes) can be used to explore the lake. The lake is very charming and feels more authentic than for example Lago Maggiore. The host is extremely service oriented.
