The friendly reception staff - Arianna and Elisa - went out of their way to assist me, offering advice on bicycle tracks, taxi services and allowing a late check out. The cottages are brand new, super clean and ideally situated to explore the surrounding areas.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with direct access to the lake via a private beach so can’t ask for a better location. Rooms very spacious but we did have a deluxe lakeside which are bigger than standard rooms. Beautiful view from balcony - amazing! Our kids had a standard mountain view which was also roomy. Staff were friendly snd very helpful at all times. A treat for our family but worth it! We choose not to include breakfast as it was expensive but thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Baveno & Grand Hotel Dino . We will be back!

Apartment is really well equipped and the views are STUNNING. The private beach was a perfect way to enjoy the lake. Nice location just a bit outside town, so it feels quite quiet and private, we enjoyed the walk into town with our dog on a daily basis.

The proximity to the lake was perfect! It was so nice to have a private beach and swim in the lake so easily.
The apartment was great, two bathrooms was very handy.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help us.

Beautiful view of Lake Orta and Omegna! Ivan has thought of every detail in the apartment including the use of two bikes which was a bonus. There are three apartments next to one another but the screening and separate access makes the apartment private. The private beach was in a different location, quite a distance away. Ivan was very courteous and gave us suggestions for local restaurants.

The pool is big and there many sunbeds around and also on the private beach. There is a direct access to the lake for swimming or boating.

It was an amazing adorable stay right on the lake. The window next to the bed had a gorgeous view on the Isola del Pescatori and you can watch priceless sunrises and sunsets. The garden is very big which is amazing if you bring a dog, they will love it, especially because of the private beach. We have a golden retriever and she went swimming multiple times a day. Also everything you need, like grocerie stores etc is very close by in Baveno or Stresa.
We had a blast and will surely consider to come back again.

A friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this family run hotel with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The room was bid with a terrace overlooking the lake. The private beach on the lake side was a bonus as we could swim when we wanted to. The dining was great, copious buffet breakfast and menu or a la carte for lunch and dinner. They were very helpful and informative about places to visit nearby.
