We did receive a free upgrade to our room to a suite so the review of the room is based on that experience. The room was very clean and spacious, way too big for just the two of us really but having two bathrooms is very convenient. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. We used the free bikes to get to the old town.

The breakfast was amazing. Great location overlooking the beach (we had rooms with balcony and sea views). We could see both sunset and sunrise! The showers were great. The rooftop bar was fantastic. The hotel paid for our parking across the street in a metered area. The decor was stylish and contemporary.

Super nice and cozy family hotel, where everything suited for lazy rest with children. Great service, nice breakfasts and dinners, good animation, great rooms and nice space for children everywhere (playing room, pool area, even restaurant). Good value for money and amazing hosting by great stuff.

The hotel is renovated, well equipped, the pool is amazing, and the stuff is very friendly. Everyone speaks German, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. The breakfast is amazing. You have everything you need and more. Iced coffee to cappuccino, fresh juice to smoothies, lots of deserts, all kind of fruits, meets, cheeses, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. In one word perfect.

The staff were amazing, friendly, professional and very efficient. A special thank you to Eddy and Antonia for assisting us with transfer tickets to the airport. The location of the hotel was in the heart of the town and we really appreciated the upgrade of the room which was very comfortable and spacious and discount at dinner was an added bonus.

The Puccini is set right on the shore of Lake Garda, a 10-minute drive from Gardaland Amusement Park. It offers an outdoor pool, daily breakfast and free private parking upon request.
