King Suites Hotel is an 4-minute walk from the beach. This 4-star hotel is situated in Beirut’s exclusive Raouche area, just 200 m from the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel has a fitness room. Upon entering our room, we found a beautifully prepared selection of sweets waiting for us — not just any sweets, but ones that were clearly chosen with care. They were delicious, thoughtful, and added a special touch to our arrival. This small gesture alone made us feel valued as guests. The entire stay—from locating the place, to settling in, to the daily comfort—was smooth and enjoyable. The team built our experience with real attention to detail, and for the first three days everything was simply perfect. A small issue happened at one point during our stay, but what truly stood out was how the staff handled it. Mr. Jameel himself, along with Aya, Haya, and Jeenah, took full responsibility and followed up with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. Their level of care transformed what could have been a negative moment into a reassuring reminder of how seriously they take guest satisfaction. Because of their exceptional attitude, the issue didn’t affect our experience at all. Overall, our stay at Lancaster Plaza was outstanding. The service, the professionalism, the warm hospitality, and the way the team genuinely cared about our comfort made a real difference. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being looked after by people who truly take pride in what they do. Without any doubt, I highly recommend Lancaster Plaza to anyone visiting Beirut.
