This cottage is a real gem only 10 minutes by car from Kuldiga. We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed bbq, sauna, swimming in and rowing on the lake, which is almost private (there're usually just some people fishing there during the day). Our 2-year old son loved the playground equipment outside. It was also great to just sit and relax on the terrace or to have a little walk around the lake and through the forest next to the cottage. The house was thoroughly clean and generally well equipped. Just the kitchen might be a bit small, when you stay here with a lot of people. The owners were really nice and easy accessible. I can only strongly recommend staying here!

You'll find every amenity you could want, with enough firewood provided for your fireplace inside or a BBQ (or bonfire) outside, as well as plenty of plates and kitchenware, a stove, fridge, and other appliances in every house. A sauna and jacuzzi for an additional price, which was quite affordable compared with many other places.
