The owner is very friendly, and helped us with our queries even at night. Responsive to help messages even before the trip too. The room is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. There is even a room spa bathtub, something which many facilities do not have. The location is very near the sea, which is of a very beautiful view. It is also about 5 mins away from town which has different shops and eateries. Very convenient to get food.

Alice was a perfect host, she has made her little cottage feel like a home with all her personal touches you just don’t get in a hotel. If I ever head back to Napier, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Absolutely amazing apartment - wish I lived there! It’s very central to shops,restaurant, the sea shore. The decor was tasteful, there was lots of space, super comfy couches, spotlessly clean and well stocked.

The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Views from the room are incredible, especially if you catch the sunrise. Location is great, can walk to centre of town. Do note: the driveway is very steep and long (it is a shared driveway for multiple houses) so walking back up may be difficult for some. This was our best accommodation in New Zealand. The BnB is in an idyllic setting and the cabin that we stayed in was very comfortable. Kitty, our host is an attentive caring and informative owner and her breakfasts are wonderful. Her homemade breads, buns and pastries are amazing.
