The staff at the hotel were amazing. David and Maria looked after us very well. The hotel is in the best location on Taboga island, it was extremely clean and our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The infinity pool was a great spot to sip margaritas and watch the boats and people go by. David also made the best cocktails on the island!

Location - it’s right on the most beautiful and quiet beach of the island. Neighbour is excellent restaurant La Choza, where they serve excellent fresh (sea)food and some proper wines . It’s a true gem, Hanik and Eran are great hosts with an oldskool hospitality mindset. Just lovely. If you like remote (there are only 2 reataurants on thenisland and not always open and the local shop has limited choice so bring fresh food and supplies), nature and beauty, this is the place to be. Great snorkeling with local guides.

Comfortable, very clean. Great view of the tidal flats! Well stocked kitchen….although, with so many good restaurants near by, we didn’t cook. Location is quiet at night .

Great cabins in the wild, very simple but so far from the city noise. Perfect place to stay before a trip to Guna Yala. The host has been amazing showing us the hiking trails behind the property. We spent time with him to see colibris and others wild animals in the jungle. Great spot for relaxing and see birds. Good dinner as well.

We were picked up from the ferry and were warmly welcomed by Robert with a delicious drink. On the way from the ferry he took the time to show us a couple of the islands beautiful beaches. We decided to include a breakfast which we enjoyed on the outside patio and included delicious fruits. We loved relaxing on the island and our stay was made perfect by Roberts hospitality.

They found a car for us for an excursion to the top of the mountain. We ordered a free car to the platform.

Mar Y Oro is situated in Contadora Island, Panamá. The property offers luggage storage services, a restaurant on site and all is placed in the middle of extensive tropical gardens. Absolutely beautiful place, like a little paradise.
