Honestly this was my best hostel stay... probably ever? The beds were spacious and comfortable, plugs were universal so no need for an adapter, the towels were soft!!!! The owner was super helpful and has written out a guide with loads of great tips.. will definitely stay here again if I get to come back to this paradise island...

View from the terrace was amazing. You can see great ocean view from there. Staffs are friendly. They're very kind for our family especially for child. Young staffs are always cleaning up the garden so there're no trash and dirt. It's the obvious in the room. The beach a minute walk is not big but it's like private. Playing table tennis in the garden, chilling on bench, swimming in the sea, all the experiences there makes me miss this place. I hope I can come again in the near future.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Mahina Villa Resort! We stayed in the Elysia Suite, and I cannot recommend it highly enough—it was stunning. The location is unbeatable, sitting right on the beach while still feeling secluded and peaceful enough to completely unwind. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. They were amazing, incredibly attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only minor bump was that the initial communication regarding the ferry process was a little confusing, but it all worked out fine in the end and certainly didn't dampen our experience. If you are looking for a peaceful beach getaway on Koh Samet, this is the place. We’d go back in a heartbeat!
