I would say that's the best location to stay in Miami - it's between South Point park (the best location for sunset) and Ocean drive, all restaurant/cofeeshops are nearby. At the same time it is a quet and safe area. Beach is 5 minutes walk and you can take beach towels and unbrella on the reception for free. Hotel is very clean and ofcourse people on the reception are extremelly helpful and friendly. We stayed 4 days in the hotel and aftarthat took a crouise, after the cruise they allowed us to leave a luggage in the hotel, so we coud spend few more hours on the beach waiting for our evening flight. I would say that's probably the best option with this budget on Miami beach.

I really liked this place! Our apartment was super beautiful and clean - well designed and the aesthetics to my taste. I enjoyed my swim in this pool and my workout in the gym (the best I've seen in hotels). I liked that breakfast is not included in the price - you can prepare it yourself (good grocery store nearby). We enjoyed with the whole family!!

Place was lovely Staff were great, the lady at reception made great efforts to find us a black tea.. Which may not should much but after you have travelled 23 hrs and ate looking forward to a tea and bed... The tea and the effort meant a lot... Thank you

Our host Foster was fantastic. We were welcomed with a smile and made to feel at home. Facilities were good and breakfast was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The complex was very close so everything. Just metres away from Duval Street. Thank you for a nice stay. We recommend L' Habitaion Guest house and would loved to have stayed longer.
