We felt warmly welcomed at check-in, with excellent service right from the start. The waterfront views from our room were stunning — we could see surfers riding waves and boats gliding across the sea just yards away. The hotel also has great shops inside, making it convenient and enjoyable to explore.

The location was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Waikiki Beach. The rooms were spacious, light, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The added bonuses including water bottles and jandals, wine and ice-cream happy hour were lovely. The swimming pool and spa pool with bar facilities were awesome. All staff from the front desk to room attendants were friendly and professional. We appreciated that daughter's room was next door to ours as we had requested. We hired a rental car for 3 days and the parking was easily sorted with the hotel. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The location was excellent and the staff , without exception, was so helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the services of Tanya, the concierge, who arranged a lovely boat cruise for us. For two of our six days, we rented poolside bungalows. Although they were very expensive, we loved spending the day there!
