Good hot shower and air conditioning. We even had parking available for free. It’s close to the riverfront and there are many good restaurants literally steps away from the front entrance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dong Hoi area.

Xuan was so nice and welcoming, the property is clean and beautiful with one of the best Mountain View’s in Phong Nha. This spot is also a little further down the road so not quite as touristy which is just what we were looking for. Xuan makes breakfast to order every morning and it’s one of the best breakfasts we have had in Vietnam! Phong Nha has been our favorite so far. Highly recommend!

The rooms are basic but just fine with everything you need. There’s enough space for your bags. My fb and I highly recommend this place. Also because of the host / manager Phuong, she maid our stay unforgettable. She gave us the best tips, and helped us with everything: booking tours, where to eat, and she also arranged the sleepers bus for us to go to Ninh Binh. For us she was the best and sweetest host we met so far! Thank you soooo much Phuong!

They also provided me a ride to the train station during the rain storm when I forgot something there. We had bunch laundry needed to wash and they were all done and folded nicely before our departure.

The owner is very pleasant, although she didnt know english she was very helpful, letting me check in in 6am, recommended on few day trips to fong nha, very smiley. One time i ate dinner at the table on the first floor, at the moment she saw me she brought me a cool bottle of water and lychees, that made my day. Overall great return for the money, you wont get disappointed!
