The room is about 4 feet from the beach which is amazing. I was staying in the area for diving and they were able to accomodate me even though they were clearly closed for the season.

We stayed in a room on the third floor with a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was convenient. We chose this accommodation mainly because of its beachfront location. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were informed that we were not allowed to use the sunbeds on the beach. Apparently, the property has different owners, and the owner of our room had failed to register us for access to the sunbeds. It also seemed that communication and cooperation between the different owners could be improved. This was disappointing, as beach access was one of the main reasons for our booking. As a result, we had to spend our beach days elsewhere. Fortunately, there are many beautiful beaches nearby, some of which we enjoyed even more. Overall, the room itself was clean and offered a nice view, but the confusion regarding beach access negatively affected our experience.

This was the nicest accommodation during our trip. Beautiful new room, very clean, great balcony, quiet location, right at the beach, parking available and great communication with the host.

I stayed there for one night in October, during the off-season. It was a pleasant experience, with the hotel located right on the beach. There was private parking available, and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. The place was very modern, and clean, and the owners were friendly. Overall, a great spot for a holiday stay.

Potam'Sea Bliss 7 - Beach Front, Sun Beds & Parking está ubicado en Himarë y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y balcón. The location was EXCELLENT for visiting different beaches. Walkable to markets, the popular restaurant row on the water, and downtown. The accommodation was clean, inviting. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.
