I've traveled to quite a few places and this resort by far exceeds all expectations. We stayed at The Cove which is the higher end property but my daughter and I went to all properties to see how they all were and each one, while it had it's own energy, was wonderful. The Cove has it's own Adult Pool which was lively but not "too" crazy. The loungers were all so comfortable and there were many options besides the standard. Cushioned beds, platforms, etc. The pool was clean. Access to the beach was just steps away. Beaches were beautiful and clean. We snorkeled off them and saw fish, turtles etc. There are even loungers out in the ocean for you to sit on and relax. Our room was gorgeous. Overlooked the ocean and we had a balcony (not all do) which was awesome. Really enjoyed the view! Our room was 2 Queens and a very large bathroom. Two separate sinks, robes, towels etc. Safe was in the walk in closet. Large, clean shower. In room frig. Two TV's so if a person wanted to go to bed you had a sitting area with it's own TV. Everyone, and I mean everyone was such a pleasure to interact with! From check in to check out all staff were friendly, happy, courteous and genuine. I really have never experienced such a level of friendly helpful people at a large resort! Clean- I mean not a speck of garbage, bird droppings etc anywhere! Even the beach was clean and dragged daily. Seaweed was minimal if at all. Lobby was peaceful and there are so many waterfalls I lost count. The Cove definitely lived up to it's "luxury" status and I highly recommend for anyone if they can afford even the most basic room there. We were upgraded which I will forever be indebted over although I don't think you can go wrong with any of the properties.
