The staff are friendly and professional, from the bus boys to the check-in/reception desk people, to the wait staff, pool staff, porters, etc. The location is gorgeous, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino area. Beach is immaculate, well serviced with chairs, day-beds, etc. Room was spacious with a full kitchenette stocked with coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, hob, ware, glasses, mugs, etc. Huge bathroom with tub and shower. All pristine.

Con l'all inclusive si ha veramente tutto a qualsiasi ora, dal room service al bar, con ottimi cocktails e il minibar in camera ben fornito, con alcoolici, birra e soft drinks. Il personale, sempre molto gentile, parla inglese e spagnolo ed è sempre disponibile.

Un paradiso a tutti gli effetti ...un posto meraviglioso accogliente ,tutti gentili e disponibili ,direi un posto incantevole ... Ci ritornerò di sicuro ....l'unica cosa che manca e un vero cappuccino italiano la mattina ....c'era una macchinetta che non era un granché e il cappuccino e l'unica cosa che mi e mancata la mattina .......comunque la colazione super abbondante c'era di tutto veramente di tutto ....formidabile ...bravi a tutto il personale della struttura in particolare alla reception megghi ...e il signore che non ricordo bene che mi a dato la presa x caricare il telefonino dato che erano tutte prese americane ...
