Featuring free WiFi and a year-round outdoor pool, Hotel Villa Prats is in Manuel Antonio, 25 metres from Manuel Antonio National Park. Free private parking is available on site. The location is outstanding for visiting Manuel Antonio NP as it is truly 100 meters to the entrance. The owner allowed us to park our car until 1 pm following our night stay, so we visited the park early and did not have to find parking that is difficult in the area he also allowed us to shower in the outside pool shower and change out of swim clothes that we used on the park beaches. Breakfast was adequate, but could start a bit earlier to facilitate 7 am entry to the park. Also, there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom, which is annoying. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The local restaurant, next door, is excellent and economical.

The kids really enjoyed the 3 pools. The apartment was big, clean, comfortable and smelled very nice.

Gonzalo gave me the keys of an apartment just by the entrance of the Manuel Antonio park. It has a good restaurant just under and a little supermarket near. The entrance of the Park is just some steps away so do the beach. Very quiet place at night.
