This stylish boutique hotel is set upon the hills of Quepos Point, just a 5-minute walk from Biesanz Beach and a 10-minutes walking from Manuel Antonio National Park Beach. Absolutely loved this place. The rooms were a good size with a balcony and the infinity pool overlooking the jungle was absolutely stunning. We loved the monkeys and toucans visiting in the afternoon. They were so close, it was really fun watching them. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights!

The resort is located on the Punta Quepos promontory in Costa Rica, surrounded by 12 acres of wildlife-rich tropical rainforest with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio. The room the staff was fantastic excellent services

Hotel Makanda by the Sea, a luxurious adults-only retreat nestled in the lush tropical paradise of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. The Sky Penthouse with a private pool (no. S19) was a birthday dream come true. Beautifully decorated, large, and comfortable, it had a fantastic sunset view. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the bartender serving drinks in the pool was incredibly passionate. The food was delicious. The hotel is surrounded by a rainforest with beautiful vegetation and animals, especially monkeys jumping through the trees. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and champagne in the room 🥰

The location was phenomenal. The veranda out side the room had a good view, was sheltered from the sun and a pleasant place to sit. The Hotel is set amongst forest and almost on the beach. The wildlife comes to you. The swimming pool has seen better days but it’s in a very special location and the capuchin monkeys regularly visit to hang out with their family. The beach is totally amazing. Manuel Antonio is only a 10 minute jaunt along the beach. This hotel is an experience in itself. Well worth a visit.
