The apartment is brand new and still smells new. We were amazed by how spacious it is: it easily accomodates 2 people (there is enough space for 3rd person, too). It has a lot of sun through the day and we found it comfortably warm. There is a separate temperature sensor in each room and an air conditioner. We chose this apartment since it is located next to Spa Tervise Paradiis :) and very very close to the beach. The host provided all the necessary info and was polite throughout. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Pärnu!
