Perfect beach is just in 150m. It took about only 25 minutes to reach Barcelona’s downtown. Apartment is really cosy and comfortable, we found all needed inventory, kitchen is well equipped. Manager Michael is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our staying very well.

Lodging Apartments Beach Apartment Villa Olimpica is located in Barcelona, just 1.5 miles from Picasso Museum and 1.9 miles from Placa Reial. Great location for a family staying in Barcelona. What we liked most was how easy check in was - the guy that helped us was just so lovely and helpful - even though we were a family coming in at 2am with an SUV+ roof box that wouldn’t fit into the parking. He helped us to remove roofbox and carried it in with us - he then also went to the shops for us to get some bottles of water. What a difference that sort of support makes to check in! Thank you : )

Very nice view, super bright condo, gets sunshine dawn to dusk. Two baths, separate kitchen, well equipped, many coffee making options, very nice living room, ample storage. Separated beds for the kids. Perfect for a family of 4. Supermarket 1 minute away, the beach is maybe 2 minutes. The one we liked with the biggest waves was 5 minutes walking. Parking garage for the rental car is super important, for me parking in Barcelona would have been impossible. The location is exceptionally good for enjoying the beach and getting the recommended distance from the super croweded center.

Idyllic apartment in BCN beach is located in Barcelona, just a 3-minute walk from Nova Icaria Beach and 0.4 miles from Port Olimpic. We were met on arrival by the hosts, even though it was quite late as our flight had been changed. Everything was explained and keys were handed over. There was good communication before our arrival. The apartment was perfect for us as a family with two teenagers as they had their own rooms. The master bedroom had an ensuite and large walk in closet to store our belongings. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and had a capsule coffee machine as well as a kettle. Lots of seating in the living room and dining table. Bright apartment with lots of windows but also shutters and blinds if you don't want light. You could open the windows for fresh air. There was air con but we didn't use it. We did have the heat on as it was cold outside. The view of the sea was fantastic. We were there for New Year's and had a good view of the fireworks. There are bus stops very close by so it's easy to get anywhere quickly and easily. We bought Hola Barcelona travel cards before our arrival. Or you can walk along the beach into the centre in about half an hour which is a lovely walk. It's also near the Poblenou neighbourhood which is a great area for shopping and restaurants but much less touristy.
