What really made the difference was the owner, Fran: super friendly, always easy to reach, and really flexible with timing. That kind of hospitality goes a long way when you're traveling. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back. Great value, great vibe!

The location is excellent – just a short walk to the sea. The neighborhood felt safe, with a supermarket, metro, and bus stops all within easy walking distance. It was also very easy to get to the center of Barcelona by public transport. The staff were very friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to public transport, beach restaurants, and all the main sights. Pedro was an outstanding host – very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and gave us great local tips that made our trip even more special. Great location for a family staying in Barcelona. What we liked most was how easy check in was - the guy that helped us was just so lovely and helpful - even though we were a family coming in at 2am with an SUV+ roof box that wouldn’t fit into the parking. He helped us to remove roofbox and carried it in with us - he then also went to the shops for us to get some bottles of water. What a difference that sort of support makes to check in! Thank you : )

The location is great for the beach and the view of the ocean from the apartment is outstanding. The apartment is basically a 25 min walk to the gothic district which for families like ours was perfect. The apartment building complex is little deserted in the evenings but we felt safe. Maite the owner is really nice and very helpful. We would definitely rebook if we came back.
