The doors open with a code, so no need to carry a key on the beach - this is fantastic! Beds were comfortable in both rooms - very important! Blindfolds work well in both bedrooms and really fulfil their purpose, which is to make the room dark. Balcony is spacious and has a great view. Host responds quickly and the communication was very friendly. The location is super. And the noise is not as bad as marked in some of the reviews. I would say the hotel food trucks did not bother us.

It was also only a 3 minute walk to the shopping centre and excellent restaurants. Not to mention only a few steps away from Las burras beach. The kitchen was also fully equipped (although no oven) with kettle; toaster; microwave oven, and plenty of utensils and cutlery.

We liked the location and the size of Townhouse El Mar. It was good to have an outside dining area with a sea view. There was always plenty of hot water. Showers and toilets worked well. As we stayed for 6 weeks we found the laundry facility very useful.
