Also have a washing machine in case you need it. Also about a 5 minute walk from free parking area

I did like a view from balcony, you can see the volcano and an ocean, as well as all the city center. It is a tiny apartment, but everything is in it. You rather won't be cooking there, because the kitchenet is in the entrance to the apartment and there is only portable hub with single hotplate, so you will be eating outside the apartment. Unless you like eating food from microwave.
