The apartment ticked nearly all my boxes. Good shower in a good sized bathroom , good WiFi, good air-conditioning. The price in September was fair and reflected the size ( it is a studio after all but seemed a bit larger because of bed in the wall and the nice balcony). Comfortable but firm double bed for my back. Balcony overlooking the sea but with good views of the harbour and with good views also of old town and Italian coast. Good transport links with Gare Menton-Garavan close by plus #1 and # 18 buses and especially the #25 up to Tende. Italy border is only a few hundred metres away. Smart end of town with the Yacht Harbour so close. There was plenty of storage space for two and it was clean and easy to keep clean. The whole block's corridors were cleaned every day. There is a large U Express supermarket in walking distance (but with a nearby bus stop if your shopping bags are heavy). Amie du Pain bakery adjacent and open early. Serves breakfast. I would definitely go back and intend to next year.

I highly recommend staying here. It's quiet and worth every penny. You are close to the Menton Garavan train station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk on foot into town and the amenities are pretty great. The listing was as advertised and the host was informative and pretty great. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom size were perfect. If you come by car, you can park your car over at the port of Menton Garavan. We sat out on the porch every morning and evening to watch the sunset!

The location is very close to the train station and a nice walk to lots of restaurants. It’s a perfect quiet place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city center but a nice walk away or 1 train ride. It feels to be a safe area and the view is amazing. The studio has everything it needed and the bed was quite comfortable.

The apartment was very cozy and perfectly equipped — it had everything we could possibly need and even more. You can really see how much care was put into making guests feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
