The location, cleanliness, and the design of this apartment was topnotch. The furniture was clearly new and the whole place was brandished and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints. It is at the fifth floor, I believe, but it has an elevator so the baggage was no issue on our end to take all the way up. Definitely would recommend for a nice stay!

This is a studio, not a home, so there's just as much space as needed for a two person stay for a few days. This is well organized, though. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are of a high quality. The bed is foldable, but not in half - the whole bed goes up/down, so you sleep on a full size flat bed. Very good experience :) A comfortable shower in the bathroom, too (and high quality towels), and a well-equipped kitchen (featuring a Nespresso for an easy coffee in the morning). We didn't use the terrace much, as it was a heat wave outside. Air conditioning inside is a bliss. There are a washing machine and an ice cube machine available. The host is caring and communicative. There's a bit over 100m from the entry to the elevator of the underground parking (Vieille Ville Sablettes, Entrée 3). This can be used also to get to the beach.

Pascal meet us at the door to let us in and show us the property. It is immaculately clean and really well appointed. All the equipment you need to cook anything you want. It has those useful items for use that you don't normally get. A beautful view from the kitchen windows. What is not to like when you can wake up to a maginficant sunrise from the apartment. It is all new and a joy to stay in.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Menton. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and in an excellent location within easy walking distance of everything. The balcony and stunning view were the highlight of our stay and made the apartment truly special. The host was friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We would 100% recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Apartment was on first floor and had great views of the beach. Air con was good during the heatwave. Modern and comfortable. Brigitte was kind, hospitable and communicated well.
