Set in Cannes, a few steps from Gazagnaire and 3 km from Palais des Festivals de Cannes, Villa Del Mar Bord de mer Palm Beach Cannes offers an open-air bath and air conditioning. We (2 adults + 2 teenagers + 1 dog) spent 11 nights during winter holiday (xmas + new year) at the property. Location of this apartment is excellent. It will beat every single disadvantage. It was on quiet place but still close to city center (1.5km walk). Parking either in front of apartment or 200m away on big public parking. Apartment is on ground floor, but we still could see sea while cooking. For those who don't cook there is restaurant next door with even better view on sea :) Endless walk / run / bike possibilities in December.
