We (2 adults + 2 teenagers + 1 dog) spent 11 nights during winter holiday (xmas + new year) at the property. Location of this apartment is excellent. It will beat every single disadvantage. It was on quiet place but still close to city center (1.5km walk). Parking either in front of apartment or 200m away on big public parking. Apartment is on ground floor, but we still could see sea while cooking. For those who don't cook there is restaurant next door with even better view on sea :) Endless walk / run / bike possibilities in December.
