We (2 adults + 2 teenagers + 1 dog) spent 11 nights during winter holiday (xmas + new year) at the property. Location of this apartment is excellent. It will beat every single disadvantage. It was on quiet place but still close to city center (1.5km walk). Parking either in front of apartment or 200m away on big public parking. Apartment is on ground floor, but we still could see sea while cooking. For those who don't cook there is restaurant next door with even better view on sea :) Endless walk / run / bike possibilities in December.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fettolina apartment in Cannes. The sea view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the location is ideal — just steps from the beach, in a very high-end, refined neighborhood that truly feels like a hidden gem. The apartment itself is elegant and very well maintained. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and there are electric shutters on the balconies. The building features a motion-sensor glass entrance, spotlit ceiling, and uniform entrance doors, all reflecting the apartment’s overall refined and high-quality design. Lucien and Pascale were very kind and flexible with our check-out time, especially considering we were traveling with a 2-year-old child. They provided a baby cot and a high chair, which was truly appreciated. Communication with them was smooth and welcoming throughout. Parking is available and secure, although the garage space is a bit tight to navigate. Overall, the apartment — and the neighborhood — is a true gem. We’d love to return and can absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cannes.

The apartment itself is really beautiful and spacious, the view is amazing. Alexandra is a very kind host. The terrace is perfect for a good breakfast, coffee or dinner, overlooking the sea.
