And, delicious patisserie just a step away. Spacious studio as we family of 3 were able to stay with comfort for 4 days. Its interior is new, especially bathroom and toilet very clean! The beach is in front of the house, you will feel its a private calm beach - my son had a wonderful time. Easy to commute by taxi, bus, train station (walkable)

The check-in went smoothly with the instructions given by Han. Being on the beach was never so easy: we left all of our belongings in the flat, took away a pizza from the restaurant on the ground floor and had a shower at home after a swim in the "gatorade blue" sea. Don't worry about the noise of the traffic, the doors keep it out properly. Wifi was fine and the size of the flat is good enough for a couple. Parking could be an issue, but we always found a spot on Prom. de la Plage (in front of the building). I used IndigoNeo app for parking, the fee was 7€/day for a car.

Tiercé Beach Hotel is located facing the sea and the Côte d'Azur racecourse, only 4 km away from Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in the contemporary guest rooms. We loved the location to the beach and having a separate room/bed was fantastic!!
