Apartment les Sablettes panoramic sea view is a beachfront property situated in Menton, 200 metres from Les Sablettes Beach and 200 metres from Jean-Cocteau Museum. The location, cleanliness, and the design of this apartment was topnotch. The furniture was clearly new and the whole place was brandished and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints. It is at the fifth floor, I believe, but it has an elevator so the baggage was no issue on our end to take all the way up. Definitely would recommend for a nice stay!

Situated in Menton, just 200 metres from Les Sablettes Beach, Petit Studio vue mer features beachfront accommodation with a private beach area and free WiFi. This is a studio, not a home, so there's just as much space as needed for a two person stay for a few days. This is well organized, though. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are of a high quality. The bed is foldable, but not in half - the whole bed goes up/down, so you sleep on a full size flat bed. Very good experience :) A comfortable shower in the bathroom, too (and high quality towels), and a well-equipped kitchen (featuring a Nespresso for an easy coffee in the morning). We didn't use the terrace much, as it was a heat wave outside. Air conditioning inside is a bliss. There are a washing machine and an ice cube machine available. The host is caring and communicative. There's a bit over 100m from the entry to the elevator of the underground parking (Vieille Ville Sablettes, Entrée 3). This can be used also to get to the beach.

It has those useful items for use that you don't normally get. A beautful view from the kitchen windows. What is not to like when you can wake up to a maginficant sunrise from the apartment. It is all new and a joy to stay in.
