Sometimes, the best experiences begin with a small twist of fate. Our usual apartment in Menton wasn’t available, so we found ourselves searching for something new – and we’re so glad we did, because we discovered this absolute gem of a studio. The apartment is in fantastic shape – fully renovated, modern, and exceptionally clean. The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently (a rare and much appreciated feature!), and the lighting throughout the space is warm, bright, and thoughtfully placed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with modern cookware and appliances – everything you need to prepare a proper meal is right there, and all in pristine condition. The bathroom deserves special mention: it’s spacious, beautifully designed, and has excellent water pressure – a detail that really makes a difference in day-to-day comfort. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, and we slept like cats every night. One of our favorite spots was the balcony, which comes with an electric retractable awning – perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass (or two!) of wine in the evening. The view is as central and idyllic as it gets: directly overlooking Sablettes Beach, just steps away from the sea. You really can’t get closer to the water unless you're swimming in it. There’s also a private parking option just a few minutes walk away. We arrived in a BMW 3-series and had no trouble at all – a big plus if you're driving in. Above all, what made the stay truly special was the exceptional communication and kindness from our host Martine, and the wonderful help from Brigitte, who welcomed us on arrival. Warm, responsive, and attentive – we felt completely at ease from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend this studio to anyone looking to enjoy Menton in comfort and style. Very clean, beautiful views. Check-in was easy and host easy to reach before check-in and during booking. The location was great and easy to walk to my business event and to the town. Plenty of sleeping space... fold down bed with sofa bed in lower room and sofa bed and main bed upstairs in living area. Huge dressing area and bathroom and laundry upstairs by master bedroom. Lots of nice lighting throughout. Quality finishing. Good A/C

Everything was perfect, amazing location just a short walk into Menton centre. Right next to the beach, with amazing restaurants nearby. The studio itself was well equipped, clean and spacious. The owners were very kind and informative. Would return in the future, thank you for an amazing stay :)
