Located in Menton, between Italy and Monaco, Le Royal Westminster is set in a park with views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Menton. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The gentleman at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming. He even suggested upgrading us to a sea-view room so we wouldn’t have to deal with the noise from the street on the other side of the building. The upgrade normally cost more, but he kindly offered it to us at a reduced price, which we really appreciated. When we entered the room, the view was simply stunning — directly facing the sea, with palm trees and the beautiful avenue below. The room was spacious and very comfortable. My son especially loved the large mirror in the room😅 The bathroom layout was also very practical, with the shower area separated from the toilet. Every morning while we were at breakfast, a lovely housekeeper came to clean the room. She was adorable and very kind — just like the rest of the staff, who were all extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The hot drinks were excellent, especially the hot chocolate, which actually tasted rich and chocolatey. There were also several pastries, and the apple pastry was particularly amazing. The location is perfect: right in the center of Menton, close to everything. There is a Carrefour just across the street, a beautiful avenue full of shops, the market less than a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is literally just across the road. Overall, it was a truly lovely and peaceful experience. Menton is a beautiful town — one of my favorites in France — and this hotel made our stay even more special. I will definitely come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!
