The location was located very close to the sea. The interior is very nice an everything was very clean. Even water was placed into the fridge upon arrival. Also the check in procedure was very easy and communication to the property as well. Would totally recommend this place!

We absolutely loved the apartment — the interior design is beautiful, the beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The cozy garden was a lovely place to relax. The location is perfect — everything is close by, the bus stop is just a minute away, and the sea and clean, not-too-busy beach are within easy reach. The host was truly exceptional — very friendly, responsive, and helpful. She went above and beyond by allowing early check-in and late check-out, recommending great places to eat and visit, and quickly solving any issues that came up.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat in Vouliagmeni. The apartment is brand new, and you can clearly see that every detail has been thoughtfully designed. Although compact, the layout is perfect, and the quality of the furniture, decoration, and materials is outstanding. The bathroom is spacious with a very comfortable shower area, and the bed was extremely cozy. The large TV with Netflix and other platforms made relaxing evenings even more enjoyable. The highlight of this apartment is definitely the terrace. It is spacious, very private, and beautifully set up with a sitting area, coffee table, and lounge chairs. From here, you have a wonderful view over the buildings towards a small bay and the sea, which made it a truly special spot to enjoy both mornings and evenings. The location is outstanding. The apartment is in the heart of Vouliagmeni, close to everything. Zen Beach is within walking distance, Crabo is about a 15-minute walk or just a couple of minutes by taxi, and Astir Beach is also very nearby. Being so central, it was incredibly easy to reach all the best beaches, restaurants, and spots in the area. Athena, the owner, was fantastic. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail of our stay. She shared great recommendations for beaches and restaurants in Vouliagmeni and even went above and beyond by helping us with laundry, which was a huge help since Athens was our last stop on a long trip. Everything about the apartment was simply perfect, and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling solo or as a couple. It is stylish, comfortable, in an amazing location, and we would definitely love to return on our next trip to Athens.

Em Atenas, a 3 minutos a pé de Praia de Αkti Vouliagmenis e 7,2 km de Marina Glyfada, LucyZen! Very well equipped, clean and modern apartment in a prime location, thoughtful detail and very kind host who respond very quickly to any question. Easy and fast check-in process. We were there during winter, and location felt very safe and quiet. Short walking to supermarket, bakery, restaurant, and nice park all around the area. I guess parking will be an issue during summer time, so if you are staying only in the area, taking taxi from the airport (€40-50) will be easier and if needed use uber-freenow.
