The staff is extremely kind, the bar service is top notch! They even arranged me a 11PM check on my arrival, the location is amazing too.

Our stay at Ibiscus Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We traveled as a family with our baby, and the level of care, hospitality, and attention we received exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect – spotless rooms, great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our experience special, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were especially impressed by how attentive and accommodating the team was to our baby's needs. Traveling with an infant can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Their genuine care and willingness to help at every opportunity made a huge difference to our family. It is rare to find such a high level of service combined with warm and sincere hospitality. We felt genuinely valued as guests and created beautiful memories during our stay.
