The studio is spacious for 2 people with the main bed being upstairs. The kitchen space is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach. Mosquito nets at the windows and efficient A/C and easy parking. Pls note that there are no shops directly near the property but few minutes by car. Lovely welcome and care and would definitely come back.

The property is located amongst very old olive trees surrounded by well kept greenery.The atmosphere was calming and the rooms spotless clean The balcony had combined views to the sea and nature!Our host,Mr.Vasillis ,gave us a very warm welcome ,we felt like home! Highly recommend !

Fantastic place to stay in Syvota! The location is excellent and very close to the beach. The pool area and the front yard are beautiful, super clean, and incredibly well-maintained. The owners are lovely, very warm, and welcoming. 10/10, everything was amazing!

We enjoyed every minute spent there, a very cosy and cleanplace to stay, a beautiful area with wonderful beaches nearby the hotel. A delicuous breakfast, with plenty of varieties. Fantastic place to stay.

Such a green and lush place! It is located at the bottom of the hill just across Mega Ammos beach. The garden was so well kept, with olive and pomegranate trees, that coming home made me miss it almost immediately. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the host was amazingly kind, always helpful, and always smiling. I wish we could stay longer!
