Alkionides Seaside Hotel is located 800 metres from Platanias Square and features an outdoor pool and a private beach area. Free WiFi is available in public areas. We absolutely loved our stay at Alkionides. It is family run and everyone was so helpful as we had to arrange to rent a car and send for a doctor at one point. The beach is beautiful. We loved the balcony off of our room and sat outside for our own little happy hour one evening. The food at the restaurant was excellent, we had the zucchini balls every day! Breakfast we also great with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Laundry service was handy, and we used the drying rack on the balcony for towels and some hand-washed items. We also enjoyed the pool. It really felt like a resort escape. In-room coffee service was nice. Great location and easy to walk to markets and shops.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always very clean thanks to the lovely lady who took care of the cleaning. There’s also a beautiful little garden where you can relax, and right behind it is the beach – just a few steps away.
