Rooms are good, and the beds are comfortable. Nice restaurants and small supermarkets available nearby. Quiet place, suitable for families with kids.

We liked everything about this property. The location could not have been any better, the studio was clean, the view from the balcony was awesome, the host was great. What you see on the pictures advertising the property is exactly what you will get.

First time for us in Sithonia and it was a very nice surprise: a beautiful apartment at the seaside in the middle of a big garden. The location is close to a supermarket and good restaurants, beautiful beaches are in walking distances. No problem with the parking - we parked our car in the yard in the shade. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, very clean, with TV, free Wifi, washing machine - so I can say that it was like home. The back gate of the garden opens directly onto the beach, but you can sit on beach chairs in the garden and there is also a place arranged to serve meals . Around the apartment there are two terraces - I liked the most the one with the seaview where we ate breakfast every morning. The hosts are very nice people, warm, hospitable, generous, willing to help you with everything you need - we were offered coffee, fruits, homemade food several times. They also have a kayak and a boat which you may use. In conclusion: we highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back again soon.

There is not a single corner that has not been cleaned and taken care of. The grass in the yard, perfectly mowed. There is a private beach in front, with sun beds and a shade of a large tree. The rooms have enough space and dont feel cramped. Even the terrace is equipped with soft and comfortable chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding doors. All in all, a wonderfull place to stay.
