Boat rental from the facility itself is a privilege. 100% recommend

First time for us in Sithonia and it was a very nice surprise: a beautiful apartment at the seaside in the middle of a big garden. The location is close to a supermarket and good restaurants, beautiful beaches are in walking distances. No problem with the parking - we parked our car in the yard in the shade. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, very clean, with TV, free Wifi, washing machine - so I can say that it was like home. The back gate of the garden opens directly onto the beach, but you can sit on beach chairs in the garden and there is also a place arranged to serve meals . Around the apartment there are two terraces - I liked the most the one with the seaview where we ate breakfast every morning. The hosts are very nice people, warm, hospitable, generous, willing to help you with everything you need - we were offered coffee, fruits, homemade food several times. They also have a kayak and a boat which you may use. In conclusion: we highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back again soon.

Great view from the loft balcony, silent and peaceful nights to relax and rest, rooms cleaned everyday (trash taken, floor mobbed etc), clean and not crowded beach within 50mt, friendly staff (especially thank you George), 5 min walking distance two local markets and 15min driving with car big grossmarket (lidl), definitely would stay again

I have traveled to many countries, and visited all types of accommodation, but honestly without exaggeration, this is probably the best one I've ever seen. I would give it 10/10 in every parameter - cleanliness, view, atmosphere, facilities, everything in the room is well thought out, from small to big details. The breakfast was incredible, there are very nice hammocks and a swing for the kids. There's even a retractable roof pergola! But the best part is definitely the hosts. It was very clear that they truly care, and wanted to do everything they could to make sure we were having a good time. They were always available to answer our questions, and always did it all with a genuine, warm, welcoming smile, and made it look like it was no big deal. We will definitely be back! ❤️ Thank you for everything.

Chalkidiki'de, yeşil bahçelerin ortasında, Vourvourou'nun sığ sularının tam önünde yer alan bu otel, ücretsiz plaj ve havuz şezlongları ve şemsiyelerinin yanı sıra geleneksel bir restoran sunmaktadır.... Everything was nice and in order. Personnel and owners were nice even more than we expected to be. The food in the restaurant was amazing, and the beach bar was as well.

The hotel is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location, just steps away from the market and great restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and close to beaches. Yanis and his wife were wonderful hosts, so positive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay special. We would definitely stay here again!
