The incredible view, the friendly conversations with staff upon arrival, the help from staff to even arrange restaurant bookings if we needed, the semi/serviced villa (meaning our villa was clean, but we did not feel like the service was too much or intrusive) all made for a very relaxing and blissful stay. We will definitely return as soon as possible because we left feeling very refreshed.

We appreciated the coziness of the place, which has a picturesque view on the sea (you can watch the sunrise from this part of the island), the quiet location (far from the noisy areas of Laganas and Zakynthos), the taverna downstairs (which offered discounts to those staying in the apartments), but most of all our warm and wonderful hosts, who made our stay in Zakynthos very special. They made us feel like we were part of their big family and gave us a taste of the authentic Greek life, which meant so much more to us than a fancy vacation. Thank you!

The house is situated in an olive groove and is equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing stay. It even has a semi domesticated cute black goose, that kept company to our kids - she loves being fed and is very curious. A taverna is 100 m away, open all day, and there are 3 beaches 200 m away, so you can easily get there in the morning and have them for yourself before the crouds appear. And the terrace, oh, that terrace! Once you get out there, you simply don't want to move. The view is breathtaking, the quietnes soothing.

If you're in luck and they are available - don't hesitate, just book! Absolutely everything was perfect, it's a real gem hidden away in the quiet north of Zakynthos. The view is phenomenal and everything has been thought of to the very last detail. There's even a well-stocked wine cooler! Kiriaki and Niko were incredible hosts, from the complimentary welcome basket, to being on call for anything I needed and especially for helping book the most amazing massage which I could enjoy in the villa. They offer some wonderful and unique experiences (private boat trips, horse-riding) and are there to ensure you enjoy every moment of your stay with them. Mary and Vladimir kept the place absolutely spotless and everybody was just so kind, you're always greeted with warmth and a smile. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more, I can't wait to come back!
