Very nice and useful kitchen. Everything you need if you like to cook here. Nice bathroom. Air conditioner in each of room is presented. If you need something, you can get it in less than an hour (some help/advice/cleaning). 5 min to the sea cost. The same time you can get to nice restaurant. Sea view from kitchen balcony. I love this two-level apartment. Pet allowed. Hence, 12 from 10))

The location was great; it’s located in the first row of houses, so it's closest to the sea. The Balcony view of the sunset was amazing. Studenac very close to the property. The property owner is a very nice lady with fluent english and happy to help.

Villa Paulina is situated just 5 metres from the Adriatic Sea. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna, and all apartments feature a balcony with far-reaching sea views. The location of Villa Paulina is great. It is possible to park the car directly at the property, the atmosphere at arrival was very welcoming and the hosts were showing us around. The room and in general the property was clean and well cared. The breakfast was great, it was possible to have it outside at the terrace. Our dog was welcome too. And also important to mention: the personnel is very helpful and friendly, it was outstanding compared to other holidays (even if we had great ones :-) ).

It has two levels, with bedrooms on the upper level. Very quiet place for a good rest. The terraces on both levels are huge with an extraordinary view! Both the beach and the village are very close. There is a small store next door, very convenient. It was very easy to communicate with the landlord, and he was very helpful and responsive to our requests and wishes. We enjoyed our time there. . .
